Chronic Illness, Grief and Loss
Life can feel overwhelming when facing grief, loss, illness, or chronic pain. As a cancer survivor myself, I understand firsthand the disorientation that comes with a life-changing diagnosis and the search for meaning in the midst of uncertainty.
I work with adults navigating these profound challenges, drawing on my training in Buddhist Psychotherapy to help you find wisdom and peace within difficulty. Together, we’ll explore how your struggles can become sources of strength, compassion, and deeper understanding—both of yourself and others.
My approach blends ancient wisdom with genuine human connection. There’s often surprising laughter in this work as we embrace life’s beautiful absurdity together. I’m continually inspired by the teachings of the Buddha, whose insights into impermanence and suffering offer profound resources for healing and growth.
You don’t have to carry these burdens alone. Through our work together, you can discover that even in your darkest moments, there are seeds of transformation and possibility.
