Specialization: I work with people who have chronic pain and illnesses. Often this means working through fear of certain foods, body-image issues as a result of rapid weight gain/loss, childhood trauma and emotional neglect, and navigating health and wellness decisions without falling into the diet culture trap.

Practice Description: I work mostly virtually in private practice, although I am seeing some clients in person. I practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Somatic Experiencing.
