Practice Description: I'm a weight-inclusive, non-diet registered dietitian nutritionist and certified intuitive eating counselor. I help women who are struggling with yo-yo dieting — often with intense cravings and emotional eating — and a lack of confidence about how to eat and truly care for themselves. I help my clients start tuning into their own body’s wisdom and develop a one-of-a-kind plan for nourishing themselves so they can make empowered health decisions and ultimately feel good in their own skin.
