Insurance:
I do not accept insurance directly. If you have a PPO insurance plan, I would be considered an out-of-network provider. Depending on your PPO plan, your insurance company may reimburse you a percentage of the session fee. If you are interested in being reimbursed by your insurance, I would suggest you call your insurance company and ask about your plan’s coverage for out-of-network mental health providers, specifically medical nutrition therapy appointments with a Registered Dietitian. I can then provide you with a monthly statement (“superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions!
